About TMBA

TMBA Bylaws

The bylaws are the governing document of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association — defining membership, leadership, and the rules that guide the association's work.

Governing Document

The current rules that govern the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.

The TMBA bylaws set out the structure of the association — membership classes, officer and director roles, the composition of the Board, committee authority, election procedures, and the rules governing meetings and amendments.

Members, prospective members, and association partners are encouraged to review the bylaws to understand how TMBA is organized and how decisions are made on behalf of the Texas mortgage banking industry.

Questions about the bylaws can be directed to the TMBA office or to General Counsel Meredyth Fowler.
