Overview
The TMBA Board established the Education Endowment Fund in 2012 to provide scholarships to individual TMBA members who wish to apply funds toward a relevant mortgage banking-related program — including the Certified Mortgage Leader tuition. If chosen, the scholarship can be applied to the next CML class before it starts, or retroactively if you are a graduate of the current-year class.
Can be used towards
Educational expenses associated with MBA, TMBA, University, or other relevant courses.
Who can apply
- • Actively employed in the mortgage banking industry
- • Physically work in Texas

How to apply
Review the TMBA Endowment Scholarship Packet and send your written application to info@texasmba.org.
You must provide an additional copy of the required documentation (Page 4, Sec 8 of the packet) in redacted format — removing all references to your name and other personally identifiable information.
Failure to remove all such information will disqualify you from eligibility.
