The Leadership Institute's Certified Mortgage Leader program consists of four modules and a yearlong class project. Module One focuses on leadership and is typically held in the Dallas-area; additional modules run from July to April and are held during TMBA signature events — including the Texas Housing Summit at the LBJ Foundation, the Southern Secondary Market Conference, and the Annual Convention.
Modules provide a detailed look at all aspects of mortgage industry management with an emphasis on managing financials, and expand participants' knowledge of legislative advocacy and board governance.
